Jubilee Prayer 2025
‘Pilgrims of Hope’
Father in heaven, may the faith you have given us
in your son, Jesus Christ, our brother,
and the flame of charity enkindled in our hearts
by the Holy Spirit, reawaken in us
the blessed hope for the coming of your Kingdom.

May your grace transform us
into tireless cultivators of the seeds of the Gospel.
May those seeds transform from within
both humanity and the whole cosmos
in the sure expectation of a new heaven
and a new earth, when, with the powers of Evil vanquished, your glory will shine eternally.

May the grace of the Jubilee reawaken in us,
Pilgrims of Hope, a yearning for the treasures of heaven.
May that same grace spread the joy and peace
of our Redeemer throughout the earth.
To you our God, eternally blessed,
be glory and praise for ever.

St. Joseph Prayer

For ourselves and for our Family:
The family of our home
and the family that is our parish

May the Spirit of St. Joseph strengthen
my spirit and our Family’s faith.
May our Family be protected by our faithfulness
and may we shelter one another
from what is harmful.
May we support and care for our children
when they are in need.
May we bring a God presence into our home.
May we create a spirit of hospitality for all
who come under our roof.
May we so live our lives that others
will want to share in the journey
and the blessings of the faith that has formed our lives.
May we be blessed with many years to watch our children
grow to have children of their own.
May we be a blessing to our future Families.
May our sacrament of Baptism form us into a holy parish
to bring forth a sacred church of your Kingdom.

May we walk with our Family
in the promised presence of God as did Joseph.
